Bill Brown Bill is Explosive Entertainment's
chief technical design and logistics manager. His experience spans
over two decades and he has been the pioneer of many major advances
within the industry. Bill has a comprehensive understanding when
it comes to programming firework databases and is considered by
peers to be one of the best in the business.
His main strength lies in his ability to synchronise musical soundtracks
to computer firing systems -'Pyro-digital' and 'Fire-one' - an extremely
challenging task.
Bill also handles all technical and logistical elements of a display,
involving the amalgamation of key elements such as mortars, electronic
firing equipment, cabling, shipment, storage and other on-site essentials.
Bill has been involved in the logistics of the biggest displays
ever conducted in Australia and abroad, including the Sydney Millennium,
and the 2000 Games Harbour Spectacular. For New Year's Eve 1999
Bill produced and administered the installation of all products
for the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House.
In addition, Bill has been responsible for the complex and detailed
installation of sites such as the 500 metre span of Sydney's Bridge,
the 300 metre shoreline-firing site along Dublin's River Liffey,
and only last year the 500 metre shoreline for the city of Riga
in Latvia.
