Explosive Entertainment has over 30 years experience in pyrotechnic design and performance. The Company has undertaken some of the most prestigious and most spectacular pyrotechnic displays in the world - our credentials speak volumes.

In 1985 (recently retired Syd Howard. AO), a fourth generation pyrotechnician, left the family business and launched his own company. Since the separation, Explosive Entertainment experienced a decade of rapid expansion, and are considered masters of "pyrotechnic animation"… the synchronisation of music to product through media controls and computer firing systems.

Today, Explosive Entertainment continues to expand having staged displays in 21 countries worldwide and performing over 700 shows annually. Our headquarters remain in Sydney with representatives in Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, New Zealand and China.

To remain at the forefront of the industry, Explosive Entertainment's emphasis in 2002 and the next few years will be to provide top quality service to clients and continue to create totally original performances.
